Sketch-22 (Second Laboratory Concept)

Description

Did some concept sketchs of the laboratory where the genetically engineered lupine assassin character was created. I want more of an umbrella/crooked corporation feel than anything official. If you look close you can see her siluet in the center vat.

I once had a real researcher as Hopkins tell me "Some of the things they're working on in the lab would make your eyes glaze over.." those words break my heart and haunt me to this day. I mean, I could cry if I think about it to deeply because I will never be allowed to be a part of something like that. Roudolph will never be invite to any reindeer games... those types of lives are only for the privileged and I was born into peasantry stock..

But we cant give up on dreams can we? Even if those dreams become nightmares.

No, i'll never be a part of Hopkins, MIT, or Stanford, etc.. makes me sad. I mean, it really truly does... Instead of working toward a cure for AIDs or Cancer in a clean high tech state of the art facility i'll be working on other things down in a dark damp dungeon... It is the way of men to create monsters and the nature of monsters to destroy their creators after all.... To give a hint, I think the research done by Doctor Robert White is fascinating myself and there is no reason it wouldnt work on humans. Now toss in brain to computer interfaces and cybernetics and you might get the picture: [link] (Yes, its real. There are real monsters. Be warned graphic).

I have almost all the credentials for a real life mad scientist now.. sure, plenty of scientists and/or doctors have fancy degrees from fancy ivory towers but how many have really been tossed in an asylum or prison for the criminally insane and ya'know? Was able to actually get out? Ho-hum... until than doodles and arts.

UPDATE:
Wait, wait, wait.. I must rub salt in my wounds and add a link to Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata" for my angsty brooding.. it suits the mood... now leave me to my misery! Be gone with you!

Enjoy the music: [link]
